3E holds the safety, regulatory, and compliance data that chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and industrial manufacturers depend on to keep selling. Roughly 4,600 customers use it to know what is in a product, where that product is allowed, and what has to be reported when the answer changes.

The search came to 33eleven Partners from JP O'Sullivan, an executive we had placed earlier in his career, who called us after he joined 3E. New Mountain Capital had carved the business out of Verisk in 2022, and the commercial organisation needed a leader for what came next.
