Speed came from narrowing, not widening.
Insurance is a small world. The population of sellers with real carrier credibility and early-stage instinct runs to dozens, not thousands. We evaluated 160 executives and submitted nine.
In domain-heavy markets, a wide funnel is not thoroughness. It is a sign the profile was never defined tightly enough.
