Vertical SaaS Executive Search
Holistiplan
INVESTORS | Lead Edge Capital
Holistiplan built the layer wealth management was missing.
An advisor uploads a tax return. Seconds later, a white-labeled, client-ready planning report comes back. No data entry.
Founded in 2019. More than 5,700 financial planning firms across the RIA and broker-dealer channels.
the engagement
Lead Edge Capital introduced 33eleven Partners to founding CEO Roger Pine right after their investment. We took on two searches in September 2023.
Three years later, we've completed six. Finance. Revenue. Marketing. Product. Engineering.
PLACEMENTS
Senior Vice President of Sales
Vice President of Product
Vice President of Engineering
Vice President of Marketing
Vice President of Finance
Director of Enterprise Sales
“I was thoroughly impressed with 33eleven from start to finish. They represented us well to candidates, communicated well, and ultimately matched us with excellent VP-level hires in short succession. The communication throughout the process, from the first meeting, was excellent. We had visibility into the full pipeline, which helped us understand how each candidate fit into the larger picture. We also never felt rushed. They took the time to understand us and iterate as they built out that pipeline.”
PARTNERSHIP INSIGHTS
A leadership team is not five separate searches. It is one sequence.
We ran Finance and Sales together. We held Marketing back on purpose so the incoming leader would inherit a defined funnel instead of building one alongside the sales hire. Product and Enterprise Sales went out together in 2024, once the GTM engine was measurable. Engineering came last, when the AI mandate was sharp enough to define the profile.
Order matters. Get it wrong and you hire five good executives who arrive into each other's way.
